Well okay we're full up on Sifs now. But everyone else!! Please bring the rest of the squad into a very confusing situation.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

I'm just putting this all under a spoiler dropdown honestly. It's all spoilers.

Start Again!Siffrin (aka Loop) is from Act 6 but entered the game during a TDM that had a side effect of blocking out people's memories. I milked this for all it was worth and they have yet to regain them all. (Though I'm planning on it happening in the... not very short term future, but probably the next time a solid event opportunity for it comes up!) For now, though, they remember up to the point of their second wish and assume they ended up in Bottlecap Bay because of it. They don't consciously recall being Loop yet, so right now they believe that they basically abandoned their friends and Vaugarde to be doomed because they couldn't handle it. They're... doing great!

In Stars And Time!Siffrin, meanwhile, came in more recently and impulsively decided it was his turn to have a false identity. While a few characters know his actual name, he's mostly going by Stardust. Surely Loop getting to have a turn being Siffrin is for the best, right? This is definitely not leading to any sort of identity crisis, absolutely not. He's for sure not holding off a mounting wall of problems with an extremely fragile "at least Loop is here and okay(??) even if they don't remember me or have any idea who I am! and even if I don't know what's going on with my friends!" He's... also doing great!

Both of them are in the Cheri Berries, so the other guilds could probably use some ISAT presence... but if everyone keeps ending up in the Cheri Berries, I also think that would be very funny. Ribombee: secret ISAT liker. Come hang out in the trees with two scruffy stray cats.

So. Everybody is a lot, but I would especially love New Vegas companions. But! I would be fascinated by anybody from Fallout, any media! Perrin isn't TV show compatible, and that'd be so funny.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

In his time here, Perrin has only shared his true name with a few people. He has slipped into the role of Courier. He's a bipolar bitch. He is going though a crisis when he thinks he's run again. He's the Guy of All Time. Please, he needs people from home to also point out not everybody is as weird as him.

Absolutely everyone, with no hesitation. That is to say, I'm not just open to antagonistic characters like Endo and Takiishi, I explicitly would welcome them.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Umemiya's starting a garden next month! You're not surprised to hear that. He's also training others to fight. He has not told anyone about the details of how he became an orphan yet, for obvious reasons. I myself am very up to date on the manga, but can also work with anime-onlys

Also, there was an Endo on the last TDM, but you being a different Endo would not be an issue.

If you want to bring a character and need icons, I will shower you with the ones I've made, or make a whole new set for you. That's how ~~desperate~~ eager I am.

FANDOM: Final Fantasy XIV (tho any Final Fantasy would be COOL)

Scions. Scions please. Scions of the Seventh Dawn onegai shimasu...! Current, past, dead, out of commission or doing other shit, never got to be a Scion but totally should have been...

Look I'd really love the Scions but also I will take almost anybody. You want Zenos to come be a Pokemon? Shit, Firoza's a girl Nidoran, work with that if you want and let's fucking scrap. Talk to me and we can sort p much anything out!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Okay so I will never ever ever expect anyone who plays an NPC to have Firoza as THEIR Warrior of Light. You are free to do whatever you please in that regard, if you want them to have that backstory great, let's chat about stuff, if not that's fine too! Firoza is willing to get to know the people she cares about again and...chalk it up to a lot of weird stuff going on. We're all funny creatures now, literally anything can happen, why not this? She's just happy to have people here that she knows and will understand the stuff she ends up talking about.

That being said, Firoza considers herself friendly with pretty much anyone she's talked to in Bottlecap Bay...no negative thoughts about anyone so far...and she hopes the feeling is mutual? She will gush to you about new friends here and encourage you to get to know almost anybody. Look at all these kids. They are all her buddies.

FANDOM: A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School / Yohaji
CURRENT CAST: Just the mad doctor Takahashi so far.
WANTED:

Anyone. Absolutely anyone. There's a lot of youkai inspired Pokemon that can match the cast easily enough, so options aren't limited!

Obviously I'm super biased and would give anything for a Yamazaki (iconic police dog Growlithe is an option, but please imagine Imposter Ditto desperately trying to figure out how to stop copying everyone??), but I love every character in this dumb manga so much, there's really no wrong choice. Make the cute fox boys actual foxes? Weavile Hatanaka? Corviknight Ranmaru to be designated a taxi for everyone? The students would also do pretty well with so many current characters being in the same age range! A Kuniko to finally get this menace in check, maybe??

Totally up for making icons or brainstorming Pokemon too if those are the main hurdles!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Akira's already decided the whole hiding being a youkai thing is pointless to keep up, so he's likely to spill what others used to be without thinking about it. And of course any of Kuniko's classmates might be temporarily adopted. Other than that, probably the only thing anyone has to worry about is that he's here. Try not to get sick?

WANTED:

I'm going to be incredibly biased and mostly pine for characters A.B.A actually, like, knows (Slayer, Dizzy, Elphelt, Testament, P...Paracelsus (haha jk)(...unless????)), but I think anyone would be really funny. Anyone who could explain the fucked up world they come from better than the shut-in homunculus. I don't think she even said anything about gears yet...

WHAT TO EXPECT:

A.B.A has been without Paracelsus for months now, which may come off as concerning for anyone who actually knows her. More troubling, she's somehow become a functioning member of society. Pokémon society, but society nonetheless.

CURRENT CAST: Goro Akechi, Ren Amamiya

WANTED:

The other Phantom Thieves, Sumi, Sae, Sojiro, and Maruki from P5 would all be great. I know Cha would really like to see Morgana, Ryuji, and Ann, and I think Haru and Futaba would be very juicy to explore CR with for Akechi.

Additionally, P5 spinoff characters are welcome! Cha is less familiar with Strikers and Tactica, but I have beaten Tactica and its DLC and have started Strikers. Guernica would be amazing...

For other Persona entries, we'd love to see the other protagonists! Yu, Makoto/Minato, Kotone... Cha is itching for some Wild Card shenanigans.

Additionally, we'd love to see the Investigation Team, with a particular interest in Naoto and Kanji from me. Adachi, Nanako, and Dojima would also be a treat.

SEES members would also be a delight. I'd personally adore Ken due to the unique parallels between him and Akechi, but I love the P3 cast to bits. Ryoji and Chidori also stick out as really interesting options.

Also, Sho Minazuki and Labrys from the Arena games would be an absolute treat.

As for Persona 1 and 2, I am familiar with both and would love to see anyone from that era. I know someone has toyed with bringing Eikichi eventually, but I'd adore a Jun from P2 or Reiji from P1 in particular. Tbh, though, we'd be happy to see just about any Persona characters.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Akechi and Ren are dating and are livin' it large in mid-tier Oran Berry housing now. Akechi has been on his best behavior, using this world as an opportunity to be the hero he always wanted to be as a child, but a few people know of his crimes.

Ren recently recovered from a hiatus coma and is slowly getting back into the swing of things. He's still gotta take it easy, however.

EXTRA:

Maruki would make a really good Appletun, Hydrapple, or even Malamar. Just sayin'. ;)

How am I supposed to pick. There is not a single character I wouldn't love to play with. The rest of the Touden party, the Canaries, the fucking Tansus — I adore them all and will furiously shake this dogboy at any of them.

If I had to narrow my choices though, I definitely think Marcille or Kabru would be such a funny dynamic. Laios has fully embraced the Boltund in him and needs more people to side-eye him about the weird shit he's now putting in his mouth. I'll also throw in Izutsumi because I love kbity and Laios will be asking to groom her as whatever possible cat-adjacent Pokémon she might be.

Wait hold on. I'm ALSO throwing in Chilchuck. Please unionize the guilds and dad all these teenagers running around. Preferably as a Klefki. This is an innocent request with no ramifications from a key-loving Silvally looming in the background.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Laios is coming from post-manga, but before fully adjusting to his new normal. He's very much thriving as a literal dog except when he isn't. Losing new friends to the coma virus, thinking he's forgetting bits of back home (we'll get to that), feeling something very Ominous now looming over this world...

Anyway! He's also been channeling his monster love into learning all about Pokémon (and hunting a few in his spare time whoops), so he's ready to infodump the moment anyone he knows shows up.

Also, as a bonus, we have a Flamebringer from Arknights who definitely knows about the Touden party despite Laios having no idea what that's all about! He definitely lost some memories in the memshare event didn't he (spoiler: he didn't...unless?)! So if you're interested in multiverse shenanigans in your fantasy manga, we got that too.

WANTED:

SO MANY CHARACTERS! For Tamers, would adore Impmon, Renamon, Terriermon, and Takato especially, but the other Tamers, like Jianling, Ruki, Juri, etc would also be fire, and Culumon. Leomon for angst...

That being said, I believe there may be interested applicants for Impmon and Renamon, since both were on the last TDM!

While I do play from the Japanese version, I don't expect everyone to know it. It's my personal preference, but if you are more comfortable leaning dub, that's chill!

As for Adventure 02, basically anyone is cool. Sapphire has no real preferences here!

Speaking personally, I'd adore more Digimon partners from the various series, Chosen/Tamers from other series for the shenanigans with different Digimon universes... one of the iterations of Dukemon from other series (e.g. Savers, X-Evolution) might be fun, BlackWarGreymon, or I guess Yukimura from the video games might be amusing? Also, both versions of Agumon are always a treat, and Shoutmon is so charismatic...

Anyway, Digimon is a HUGE franchise, and everyone is loved.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Guilmon is just doing his best being a helpful, friendly goober, while Archnemon is settling into guild life after going from a Spinarak to a Hatenna. Guilmon has somehow wormed his way into her heart. She is not immune...

parvati is an engineer formerly under spacer's choice, and now under the helm of the (extremely unpredictable) captain of the unreliable. she hails from halcyon, a far-off space colony ruled by brutal hypercapitalism. despite this, she excels in engineering, and there is probably nobody better to ask to fix your stuff. she's a kind soul with a soft heart who always searches for the best in people, in spite of the weird world she lives in or her own anxieties. that being said she is supremely socially awkward, please be patient. when not hyperfixating on her tasks, she's usually happy to socialise -- she'll even socialise while doing her tasks! please chat to her while she tries to sort out the plumbing she's going to be at that for hours.

she's also particularly smitten with junlei, head engineer of the groundbreaker (and her girlfriend, hence the smitten part).

INTERESTED TO PLAY:

i'm here because of kururu hiiiii. i'm basically down for whatever except shipping atm (simply too attached to parvati with junlei but also because shipping with muns i don't know isn't something i do, that being said this could change if somebody can match her tism), parvati's a well-rounded character who's good at both technical things like fixing and also bashing marauders' heads in with her hammer. still somewhat new to dreamwidth, joining at sixteen when everyone understandably doesn't wanna roleplay with someone that young does that to ya, but i have well over a decade of experience in roleplay and am glad to be back on a forum! so hmu if you think your character would mesh well, parvati's got those black isle/obsidian-isms to her that would land her well everywhere.

TL;DR Chaos martial arts gremlin cursed with being a silly lil guy (and gender but more so the silly) and fueled by pride.

Longer explanation, Ranma's a martial artist who's spent nearly his whole life training to master his craft. During the end of his journey, his father dragged him to the cursed grounds of Jusenkyo. Where absolute nothing ironic happens where the boy who prides himself on his manhood winds up in a cursed spring that changes him to a girl. From then on, his life's been surrounded by chaos, rivals, magic, you know, general rom-com shonen shenanigans.

INTERESTED TO PLAY:

I have always wanted to join a Mystery Dungeon-inspired game, and have seen this floating around. So I figured why not unleash this chaos magnet on the world of Pokémon? Ranma's greatest strength in his style is his adaptability, so normal-types were a natural pick for him. And while he got better off with his curse (which he's been given the greenlight to keep) compared to others in his canon with animal curses, him having to walk a mile in their shoes in a smaller, furrier body sounds like a fun learning experience for him.

ANYTHING ELSE: I see so many cats here and all I can think is Ranma's (canonical ailurophobe) gonna have a great time with them lol lmao

A reporter for the magazine Coolest, Maya is generally friendly and upbeat. Or at least tryingto be- she has traumas from childhood, but she doesn't want to talk about them very much. Better to try and encourage others!

INTERESTED TO PLAY:

uhhhh honestly I'm not much of a big plans planner? I'm mostly hoping Maya can be around to be a general menace, for better and worse, and to perhaps have a crisis or two or her own. It'll be fine! Probably! As far as canonpoint goes Iiiii guess I'm thinking Xibalba (the final dungeon of IS) now? That gives some wriggle room, I think- she'd be more of a mess after endgame and I think it'd be more interesting if she built up some relationships here first!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Flamebringer's kinda beat up and pissy from the last month- He went on an expedition that didn't end well and had a fallout with his expedition teammate (Sanji one piece). He's more recovered now, but still a bit beat up and irritated. There was a lot of pondering over their situation in Bottlecap last month too, as well as the forming of their new, second town, Death Blood Murder Skull Town, so he's a bit more thoughtful right now... pondering over all the questions they don't have answers to.

He's adjusted to the bay rather well- its not that different from Working with Rhodes Island- ~~so it'd be a shame to throw a wrench into his newfound sense of peace hmmm :)~~ but he's had a growing sense of homesickness all the same... not that he'll acknowledge it. He's 5 feet deep into denial and he's going to keep digging.

He's generally still a grouch and antisocial- but the way the Bay functions has him working more with other people. Depending on the operator/character you bring his level of care will vary significantly. But no matter what i'm sure we can get them to hang out somehow :)

Also him and Laios mutually triggered terrible existential dread in each other so thats fun asdlfjALKSJGDS Its a terrible dumpster fire. They both fail communication 101.

I'm down to clown so hard- So anything we can cook up to make everything ~~worse~~ more fun will be fantastic to me :)c
