I am not sure it's fair to compare, when I know so much more about what Pokemon I am and how things work here to begin with! The other new arrivals have certainly made great strides as they have settled in! I imagine someone will have our first evolution soon - some Pokemon can evolve into new and more powerful forms, though not all. I cannot go any farther myself.
