GOT IT!
[Technus does an impromptu little salute, then reaches out for the collar-
Rotom, the Plasma Pokémon. An Electric and Ghost type. With a body made of plasma, it can inhabit all sorts of machines. It loves to surprise others.
-and zaps into the light on it.
To be honest, he wasn't really sure if it would work. But Rotom's ability to possess machines is far more versatile than Technus's.]
[So... the entire collar turns orange, and blue eyes appear on top of the light.]
